Mark's been the Owner & CEO of Paving Pros since July of 2019. You'll see him pitching in and doing anything and everything to keep you, our customers, satisfied.
Jimmy Pletka
Jimmy was on a crew at Paving Pros before he became the Operations Manager. You'll see him traveling to project sites, giving estimates and supporting the crews.
Emily Houser
As Mark's daughter, Emily decided to jump from the tech industry in Indianapolis, IN to General Manager here at Paving Pros. She takes care of everything behind the scenes.
Lindsay Berry
As the Office Manager at Paving Pros, Lindsay stays busy working closely with the crews and scheduling the weeks' work. You'll meet her when you reach out for your free estimate.
About Us
Paving Pros is a family owned and operated, full service asphalt company that serves Cape Girardeau, Southeast Missouri and the surrounding areas. We've provided all your asphalt and seal coating needs for 20 years. We offer high-quality work at affordable prices. We pride ourselves in providing excellent workmanship for our customers which earns customer satisfaction, repeat business and high recommendations. We own the equipment necessary to complete your small or large project. Our fleet includes Mauldin pavers, milling machines, motor graders, excavators, skid steer loaders, tack machine, an infrared heat machine, an oil jacket hot crack machine, seal coat machines, high power blowers, motorized sweepers, dump trucks, pickups and service trucks. We can take care of your residential, commercial or industrial needs.
Paving Pros switched ownership in July of 2019 and its new business name is Black Diamond Paving. Today, we are well-known in the area as Paving Pros, but we answer to both!
